Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Free standard shipping Australia wide with order $300 or above.
  • We ship Australia wide using trusted couriers, including Direct Freight Parcel, Australia Post, Express Post, CouriersPlease, Startrack, TNT and Border Express.
  • Delivery usually takes between 1 – 6 business days, depending on your location.
  • As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • All shipping costs include full insurance for peace of mind.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you return an item.

 

International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping. Our delivery services are available within Australia only.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Please be advised that our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 am on business days. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Accordingly, orders placed after 8:00 am on Friday will be processed on Monday.

  • If there are any unexpected delays, such as stock shortages, we’ll notify you right away.

 

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
  • If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier or post office first, then contact us.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, redelivery costs will apply.
