Refund policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in original packaging in a re-sellable condition acceptable by Oxypac.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse
- Goods that have been written on or defaced by you or your courier
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Request a Return or Refund?
To begin a return or refund request, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Email us at info@oxypac.com.au to request a return. Our team will respond with the next steps.
Step 2: In your email, please include your order number, the email address used to place the order, your return address, and a contact phone number.
Step 3: Let us know your preferred return method and carrier. Several carrier options are available through our return portal, including CourierPlease, Australia Post, StarTrack, and TNT.
Return methods:
Pick-up
A courier will collect the parcel from your address. If selected, we will contact you to choose a suitable date and time slot. A return label will be emailed to you, which must be printed and securely attached to the packaged item.
Drop-off
You may drop the parcel off at a nominated carrier location.
- You can print the return label yourself and attach it to the packaged item, or
- If you do not have access to a printer, download the return label and bring it to the post office, where staff can scan the barcode and print the label for you
Important note
Drop-off returns and carrier-printed return labels are only available for Australia Post. All other carriers offer pick-up returns only.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oxypac.com.au
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@oxypac.com.au for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee receipt of returned items.
